Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Webster

I had gone in for a coffee and a bagel the shop it obviously had a very busy morning and one of the employees was obviously having a very bad day nonetheless my order was taken and things were going fine until a woman came in Who was upset about getting an incorrect order and having already driven down the highway Before she realized it the woman behind the counter was helping her when the employee who was having a bad day decided to add commentary that everyone in the store could hear that this customer was making a big deal out of nothing! The customer was not being rude was just a little upset because she had the wrong order and was waiting for it to be corrected but as soon as this employee started adding her commentary it certainly made the customer feel even more less valued! The employee also reached over the counter and grabbed the bag and threw it in the trash very rudely! After the customer left the employee started to bad mouth her right in front of me!!!! I couldn’t help myself I had to say something to the employee telling her that she was out of line and should never have treated a customer like that! She went on to defend herself saying that the customer wanted a gift card etc. and that wasn’t so until the customer started hearing the bad commentary! The employee who is taking care of the customer was taking care of the situation and the employee who was having a bad day should’ve just gone home! I don’t think this is normal for the store and I don’t normally post bad reviews but it was very upsetting to see somebody in a customer service position...

Went through drive through ordered a coffee and a sandwich. I paid and was handed the coffee and was told it would be a few minutes for the sandwich. While I was waiting the woman working the window was standing with her back to the drive through window with her hand down the back of her pants past the wrist. I watched her then grab a coffee cup, and hand it to someone, as well as touch and handle a few other things. She never washed her hands. When she finally came to hand me my food I asked for a refund because of what I saw, and was treated with disrespect from the drive through worker until another employee stepped in and gave me a refund and got me a manager. The manager did not seem to give a shit and simply told me to be blessed. Disgusting and unprofessional behavior from everyone except the lady who issued my refund and said she was sorry for what...

The morning crew is awesome. But the last shift workers have been closing before the time it says. 2 nights in a row they closed before 730 which is the time on here that it says but their window says 8pm. Tonight the woman working closed at 6:50pm and turned the lights off while we were at the window even though she seen us. This is my favorite place to go and frankly the only place that doesn’t make me sick. So it’s disappointing when it’s closed before it says. Then we drive to the other one and they are open but said they stop making sandwiches at 630pm which I’ve never been told that before since I usually get there around 7 every time. So what is the actual closing time for these places and what time do they stop making sandwiches or is it just when the crew decides they don’t feel...
