If there was an option for zero stars - I would have chosen that! I feel completely duped by insation. I went to have another fire stick programmed because we anticipated a young child was going to be staying with us rather than dcf. By the grace of god, he was reunited with his family and we didn’t need the additional fire stick. I called within 2 weeks to discuss this issue and told them the firestick had not even been put in a tv because of the situation described earlier. They could have cared less. When I was there she said i could pay to renew my subscription which was expiring and they wouldn’t charge me for the new fire stick during that period. So I Venmo’d Lukasz directly (which may be a tax fraud issue?) and signed no papers, nor was I given any to take home showing the actual dates of my subscription and no receipt of payment. Come to find out my subscription didn’t expire for over a month from the time I was there. Had I not been duped into paying early, (350.00 with this additional fire stick that will now not be used), I could have cancelled my service. But because I prepaid, i now have a 100 dollar programmed fire stick in a drawer and a subscription for another year with I business I no longer trust. If I had been told I had over a month to renew, I certainly would not have paid…especially being they said they would not charge me for that month with the new fire stick. Truly no good deed goes unpunished. I was trying to ensure the comfort of a child who was being displaced from his family and wanted everything perfect for him. Unfortunately I can not recommend insation. You may get a lot of channels for a lot less than spectrum; however spectrum is claiming all of their payments to the IRS and running a legitimate business. You also won’t misse huge chunks of shows due to severe and chronic buffering and playbacks either. A business that has a personal Venmo account for business payments and that doesn’t accept credit cards due to a paper trail is not an honest business in my humble opinion and to erroneously charge me earlier than my subscription end date was just not nice; not honest. And this review is the end result for a mere refund of 100.00 that I requested be refunded and offered to bring the firestick to be de-programmed to ensure on their end I wasn’t trying to get something for nothing. If something sounds too good to be true….it probably is. Please reconsider before choosing this company. In addition, i will be looking into the legality of accepting Venmo payments under a non business operating name as a means of avoidance to claiming such payments on tax forms! Just does not seem legitimate in this day and age....

They've either made lame excuses or been nonresonsive or made empty promises to come check it out and never follow through, never call back. I have online video call meetings all day for work and we stream Netflix and Prime with no issues. They tried to say I needed a ridiculously high upstream speed service. The broadband company said they were nuts. Sports are dizzying to watch because the quality is so poor. TV shows have the audio completely out of sync with the video. Has so much potential to be great but it's not. I've even called them out on closing a ticket prematurely but they just never responded. I would never treat my customers...
