Update #3 - still the best italian subs I have ever had!
Tutto makes a mean sandwich. They slice their veggies fresh as they make them, and their meats and cheeses are imported from Italy. The spices are more nuanced and natural than any deli meat you can buy in a grocery store. Before they wrap up your sandwich, they add a blend of spices from a shaker and a squirt of something (maybe a vinaigrette?) that really compliments the flavor of the vegetables. One caveat though - the meats are salty so it will make you pretty thirsty. I usually drink about a liter of water afterward.
Also, the ladies and gents making the sandwiches are very polite and always accommodating, consistently providing service with a smile. The quaint atmosphere and service at Tutto Italiano always leaves me feeling happy to bring my patronage to such a great small business.

Chicken Parm, Veg Lasagne, Meat Lasagne or Eggplant Parmigiana. We have tried them all, including sharing with native Italians.
