Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Wellington

Ok, let me explain one thing: I am an avid coffee consumer. I enjoy my home brew; therefore, when I go out for a coffee, I want an experience AND quality coffee. Ziggi's never disappoints. Their coffee is amazing (I suggest half pumps if you don't want overly sweet) and smooth. I've purchased their bagged coffee for home and need to get more. Their food is quality; even my husband (pickier) loved the spicy sausage breakfast burrito. My son loves the waffle breakfast sandwich, while the GF is my go-to. Also, they have the best non-dairy and sugar-free options of any chain shop. While the largest most-popular competitor offers only one SF option, Ziggi's is offering over 10. Staff is always kind, fun, and genuine. I have had only one experience that wasn't superb, and they immediately fixed it and gave me 2 free drink coupons. Edit: I believe in second chances and a year later their coffee still tastes like sewer water. You are way better off going to the human bean in town, they actually offer a quality product. If you want nothing but saddness and diarrhea juice in a cup go to ziggys.

The staff doesn't seem to be trained very well. I order the same coffee at any coffee shop. This location is the only on that struggles to make my very basic order. Never once has what I ordered actually been given to me. Then staff will argue and tell you that you it's exactly what you ordered..... Hello Irish cream doesn't taste like hazelnut, or coconut, or freaking mocha! Absolutely terrible shop. I will just drive to fort Collins because at least in town they know how to make a basic latte. Do not waste your money...

Ziggi’s used to be a great shop to stop by for our yummy treats. But as of recently, things have taken a turn. Generally there’s nothing to complain about as far as the employees themselves. And that’s great until your drink has been prepared wrong several consecutive visits in a row. Furthermore, even when you get the drink that you DID order, it tastes, obscure? And after going back to address the inconsistency, you find out that’s how it’s supposed to be? It makes you wonder if 1.
