I had quite an experience at this establishment recently, and I can't help but share my thoughts.
It all started with a young girl with short hair who seemed to have a rather rude demeanor. As a customer trying to be pleasant, I found it frustrating. Things escalated when I tried to assist another customer who wanted a Pepsi but didnât speak English. The machine wasnât working, and it was a bit chaotic. A lady who spoke Spanish had just walked away, so I stepped in to help since Iâm bilingual.
I informed the short-haired girl that there was an issue with the soda machine, thinking sheâd appreciate the heads-up. Instead, she responded with an attitude, saying, âWell, it must be out, and itâs going to be a minute.â When I mentioned that it wasnât just for me, but for another customer, I was met with indifference.
I then noticed a nasty liquid threatening to overflow from the soda fountain machine. Once again, I brought this to her attention, only to hear her say dismissively that it happens all the time. Honestly, thatâs not just unappetizing; itâs unsanitary! In a place where people come to eat, cleanliness should be a top priority.
When my order was finally ready, I tried to let her know that it wasnât complete, and she snapped back that it was finished. The problem was, I was there on behalf of a food delivery service, and the bag wasnât even sealed! After that little back-and-forth, she eventually handed me the completed order, and I said, âNow itâs finished, thank you.â
In the end, I waited about 15 minutes for a $5 delivery, and instead of feeling appreciated, I was treated poorly. Oh, and the other customer never received their Pepsi. Itâs disappointing, and I really hope this location can turn things around in the future. Until then, I can't say I'm eager to return....
   Read moreStarted off my order well and then very quickly lost all satisfaction with Taco Bell, located in Wellington, Colorado because of one employee who was barely speaking clear through the loudspeaker, handed me our drinks and my wife, who is extremely allergic to pineapple, asked for a mango brisk tea, and then was not given a mango brisk tea Was instead given a Fresca mango tea Ordinarily, this would not be a problem, however as I previously stated MY WIFE IS EXTREMELY ALLERGIC TO PINEAPPLE!!!! so when I ordered the mango brisk, it was almost like it was because we knew for 100% certainty there was no pineapple in this drink, and then the girl behind the window, proceeded to argue with us when we told her that it wasnât the drink we ordered so we just ended up taking the drink and leaving because it was not worth our time to argue with a minor worker about a drink however, I do expect Taco Bell as a corporation To do better and expect better out of their employees And I have someone who lives in Cheyenne will make the drive to Fort Collins instead of wasting my time this location in the future. Also the fact that I had that experience in My Hometown none the less. and I hope the coyans at this location have the evening they deserve ring back customer service, and not this faux painted on bullshit...
   Read moreI got 1/4 of a freaking pump of Nacho Cheese for a very pitifully filled cup of Nacho Fries. (We even asked the gentleman at the window to make sure they were properly filled since it wasnât the first time thatâs happened to us.) What the F guys. I love Taco Bell but Iâm not satisfied at all, itâs been a while since Iâve worked at a Taco Bell but I know damn well that wasnât close to the correct portioning. Not to mention the Black Beans in my burrito were dried out here and there like they tried to stir them up last minute. Even my boyfriend got the same amount of Fries and Nacho Cheese.
However, the Chalupas were alright (I say alright because one of them was missing the tomatoes, not such a big deal.) and at least steak was added to my Black Bean Burrito like I requested. Iâm a strong believer in being detailed for the sake of perfection, correction and awareness. Damn do I feel kind of cheated out of my $18 though.
Also; A phone line should be added to this page, Iâm disappointed that I wasnât able to talk to someone about my order directly. Hopefully my next visit wonât be as...
