I lived here for a year and was fine, but I had issues when moving out. The property manager took a tour of the apartment with us when moving out and stated that everything was in fair condition and nothing needed to be replaced. Only a cleaning. Additionally, I reached out to the property manager weeks after moving out about the security deposit and was told that it should be received within a few weeks. To our surprise, we received a $1400 fee for full carpet replacement. My disappointment stems from the total lack of communication despite given multiple opportunities.
