First time here. It's a nice-looking storefront with lots of big windows, letting in lots of natural light. There are a few café tables outside, with umbrellas overhead to give some nice shade. Inside is a spacious area with numerous tables for groups of people. There was a well-stocked pastry counter and different merchandise or bulk coffee.

When we arrived, there were a few other people inside. We were able to order right away. We were served by the owner, who was super friendly and helpful with the order. Struck up a conversation where she enthusiastically talked about her business and how it was the culmination of a drive to open up a coffee shop. Ordered a Chai Latte and a Guava pastry.

It was a nice day, so we ended up taking our food/drink outside. The outside tables were clean and comfortable. The Chai was carefully made (extra foam) and even included some latte art. I would have preferred it in a mug, but they don't offer those. The Guava pastry was good but a bit too flaky for my tastes. The guava filling was moist and flavorful.

I would definitely come back for...

This place is the best PUERTO RICAN coffee I've had! The atmosphere is such a vibe! Always good music playing and people enjoying their time! The pastries & food is always 10/10! I've never had a bad experience & the owners are super friendly and welcoming! When I walk into Aroma Café, it feels so homey, like you can sit and chill there for a while! I love that they serve my coffees "to go" all the time because even if I sit there and hang out, sometimes I don't finish my coffee & I can just take it with me! It's so nice to know the grounds are coming straight from PR, super yum and authentic! Aroma Café is my new coffee shop go to & I definitely will recommend it 100x to anyone!

The weekends have been incredibly busy due to all the publicity, however the owners have been doing their ABSOLUTE BEST to provide the best service and make sure that everyone is satisfied! Just like any other establishment when they open, the hype is there & you wait in line.. anyone expecting their coffee in 1 minute is truly unrealistic & honestly my latte is worth the wait! I'd wait...

From the moment you step into Aroma Cafe, you're enveloped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff greets you with genuine smiles, making you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Their friendliness truly enhances the entire experience, creating a space where you can relax and enjoy your time.

But let's talk about the coffee – it's simply amazing! Each cup is expertly crafted, with a rich, aromatic flavor that awakens your senses. Whether you prefer a classic latte, a bold espresso, or a creamy cappuccino, Aroma Cafe delivers perfection in every sip. It's clear they use high-quality beans and take pride in their brewing techniques.

Aroma Cafe isn't just a place to grab a coffee; it's a community hub where you can connect with friends, catch up on work, or simply unwind with a great book. The combination of exceptional coffee, a welcoming ambiance, and friendly staff makes it a standout destination in West Allis. I can't recommend Aroma Cafe enough –...

So very disappointed in myself for buying an iced 16 oz white mocha that had Little liquid due to lots of ice. The total cost after leaving a tip ($1.36 or something which didn't give me the option to just add $1.00) was just a little under $10. I actually want to cry for spending that much on something that I know doesn't cost nearly that much to make. I've worked in coffee shops for the past 12 years and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. It's my fault for not looking at the prices on the menu. I actually didn't look at the menu. I just passed by seeing that they recently opened and wanted to give them a try. Not in a million years but I think that they would be more expensive than Starbucks. On the other hand, their pastries did look good and they seemed more affordable. The girls working were nice. I'll give him credit for that as well as the atmosphere was cute and cozy but sadly I won't be returning.

I am always on the lookout for new coffeeshops that have a homey feel and it's an added bonus if they are authentic. It's about 5 minutes away from my kids school in the morning which may be a new problem 😅. I ordered the churro latte, a cheese danish and a special pumpkin tres leches cake for my husband's birthday (which he hasn't gotten yet). The drink was so delicious and the cheese danish was honestly the best I ever had. I'm a bakery snob and so places like O&H, Greige & Lé Reve, Blumels and other local bakeries are usually my comparison. This definitely had a homemade buttery taste where every part of the pastry was decadent. I selfishly indulged in most of the generous sized middle cheese part and shared a tiny bit with my 4 year old 🤣 It was the first thing gone....so unfortunately no picture of this heavenly treat. Thanks Lucy! We will be back.
