I hate the phrase "dive bar". So what. It's small, Abit worn and dim inside. Maybe even you can call it ragged.
Ignore all that, in my view, a bar is just a smaller pub, your neighborhood hangout.
Which this place is. Bottle beer, rail booze, frozen pizzas, pool tables and darts with good music. An experience in The Local Hangout.
Even at the busiest, this place remains fun. When it is slow, like this late Thursday, you get a quiet respite from life where you can grab a bottle or booze your way for a fair price, and just relax and feel better.

Then presumably the bartender which turns out is sitting in the seat next to me, looked right at me and continue to drinking his drink and talking to the other patrons.
