Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in West Allis

One weekend we were looking around for a place to order a pizza and came across one of Jet's Pizza ads in the paper. The prices were a little higher than the chain stores, but we have had good luck with more local stores before; so we gave them a chance... It was incredibly good. We ordered a large sausage pizza (square deep dish) and an order of bacon Jet's Bread. For 5 hungry people it seemed as if it would not be enough, however, considering how thick the pizza was and how rich and savory the pizza and bread was it was just the right amount. The pizza was crispy on the outside and soft/doughy on the inside. The sauces wasn't some crazy exotic sauce, but was hearty and actually flavorful. The cheese was excellent, one of the best I have ever had, and the sausage had good flavor. The bacon Jet's bread was incredibly good.

Jet's became out pizza place. We typically order for pick-up, but have also gotten it delivered. The driver was prompt and curtious; the pizza arrived piping hot.

Several weeks later, we expanded our selection from their menu and have enjoyed their sub-sandwiches, salads, and especially enjoyed their Jet's Boat (calzone). They have made a life-time customer out of us.

On the business side, the prices are good, and delivery was $3, so that was not too bad either. You can order online, over the phone, or in person; and all of my transactions have been very smooth.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this pizza place to anyone; in fact I have done so and have not heard of a bad...

i called this location and did a pickup order. When i specified my coupon and the person on the phone confirmed. when i arrived they gave me the wrong pizza. i went back and told them what happened. tue worker … ‘kyle’ began to throw boxes and got very upset at me because my order was wrong. general manager (who told me his name is max, but i later found out his name is kevin) came to the front after hearing the commotion. while talking to the general manager- ‘kyle’ was continuously looking at me and consistently throwing things.. i told kyle to come back up to the front and talk to me if i upset him. the general manager told me i was intimidating and that he would call the police and threatened me with a trespassing ticket. BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! So i politely asked for my refund, took some pictures and went to the jets pizza in wauwatosa. they made my pizza correctly and without issue. Fun fact: this location is franchise and do not have corporate. so if the franchise owner sees this, please reach out. i will be leaving reviews on every platform possible and writing letters for the way i...

The pizza was ok, yet a bit overdone and beginning to dry out. The turbo sticks were ok, but this is Wisconsin (needs more cheese!). Service was timely, but not the deal I expected. I ordered via text as instructed on the website to save 15%. I texted my order and included in my text that I had a ($25.00 Jet's Certificate) to also use. The confirmation was given for my order and a time was given for pick-up. Upon pick-up the assistant said he needed to call the manager to get approval for the certificate. He then told me they didn't accept the Jet's $25 certificates any longer. I had ordered the extra side item based on having the gift certificate. I considered just leaving, but that's not who I am. I paid for my order, but I won't be supporting their business again. It is unfortunate that better customer service isn't in place at the West Allis, WI location. Had I been informed that my certificate would not be accepted at the time of placing the order, all would have been avoided. Best wishes, West...
