Went to "upgrade" a ring bought from him ($7000), but he would not take it back. Found out from appraiser it was a synthetic diamond - not worth as much as his appraisal. Disappointed and want to warn people. After telling a few friends of our situation, they informed me they too had similar stories but did not want to hurt our feelings because I swore by his work. However it was very clear as he evaluated my ring that he was knowledgeable and based on the reviews I had him put butterfly Springs into both my wedding band and engagement band.
