I ordered a Golden double snack burger with cheese it has a generous serving of crinkle cut french fried potatoes. With delivery fee for under $16.00. The chicken was hot and moist absolutely wonderful flavor. The Golden double burger is always a great snack or small lunch for $5.00 plus tax the best dollar amount for a beef burger with large thick crinkle cut french fries. The burger was hot well cooked, cheese melted, bun not soggy. French fried potatoes crisp outside tender and hot inside, lightly salted, perfect. Menu posted on website. I have eaten their delicious and luscious food before. I am happy I ordered today. Side street parking. Delivery available. I just purchased the 10 pc. Lake perch bucket 22.95. It was about as good as if I had bought a package of frozen breaded fish at the grocery store and made it myself...although I wouldn't have cooked it till it was this dark, or this hard. The fries were cold and I literally only live 5 minutes away, they should have still been warm. If you want coleslaw they charge you extra $ 3.95 The total for the 10 pc bucket was $28.53. I told the woman I have their $2.00 coupon off the computer. She was very rude and said that isn't for this, that's for the chicken. I said no this one is for any purchase over $15.00. She then said "Well you have to have the coupon". It says right here that you can print it or use google pay. She said we don't do google pay, well ok, then what's up with this coupon? She took my card and then moved on to the next guy. I kid you not, there was not even a thank you, or goodbye, nothing. I don't know if she or the guy with her were owners or not, but seriously??? Whatever happened to good customer service? You couldn't give me the $2.00 off of an almost 30.00 order. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered a meal for my family and I, and the man on the phone taking the order was very rude. An hour and a half later, the guy that took my order showed up banging on my door. He then said they don't take cards instead of telling me that over the phone. I had to call them and pay over the phone while the man stared at me weirdly. When I opened up the bag, my garlic bread was smushed and everything was cold. I had all legs and thighs in my 10 piece order. When I called and complained to the "manager" he insisted that I was wrong and he put the order together himself. I said that this has been the worst service and he didn't attempt to do anything to correct the situation but continued to tell me that I'm wrong and my food is warm and he put in all sorts of pieces of chicken. I was so frustrated that I was ready to drive up there and demand a refund, unfortunately my leg is broken. They shouldn't even be open. Disgusting food. Disgusting service. Disgusting...
