Management was very rude. Terrible customer service coming from management. I was there around 10am and I got 2 coffees & I used my card but didn't remember getting it back so LIZ started her own investigation upon my call about the misplaced debit card, asking who was at the window. Well i have been at work at day and in the middle of freaking out i said i dont know a guy i believe then remember he gave me the coffee and a woman took the payment. So that alone left me to believe it could be in my car seeing as i work alone and i have been all of 3 places mcdonalds, my car, and the office. After ripping my car and office apart i called back and spoke with LIZ again politely asking if she could review the cameras and see if my card was returned after payment, i explained i have issues with the account, i understand mistakes happen and i would feel better to know she returned it to my hand because whats been going on with my card. Liz tells me rudely "I will review the cameras when i have time i have an orientation coming in, in about an hour." she must've known my response was it wont take an hour to see when i know what time i was there, because she switched it to they will be here soon. She proceeds to state the lady who took the payment has worked there for 15 years, NOT ONE TIME DID I SAY MY CARD WAS STOLEN or doubt her ability to do her job. A shift lead, A GM or a leader of any sort knows the customer comes first lead by example to the new hires coming in that you care about the customer who is freaking out! Instead of being rude help out as much as you can. Needless to say i wont be returning. Ill take my business to the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday for lunch, we decided to go through the drive though. As we had ordered our meal,my friend who was ordering, felt bad for ordering a "complex" order- which truly wasn't all that complex, it was just ordered using coupons and deals from the McDonald's app and profusely apologized. We hate making things difficult or inconveniencing anyone. The person taking our order, Alexis, was very very rude. She made us feel bad for not knowing what we wanted to order right away, she almost made it seem like we were wasting her time because we were using the app, she spoke to us almost like we were dumb as we had inquired If a seasonal item was still being sold. And just all around, really seemed like she didn't want to speak to us at all. The man at the window collecting money, was great. The kid who brought our food out, went above and beyond.
I post reviews via Google often..And I try to always post positives for companies and if there are negatives, I try to post "constructive criticism" I if there's critisim. So the only thing I want to say is, please Alexis, do better. Simply, just kindness. I think the lack of kindness and approachability was discouraging and the only reason I felt compelled to say something. You don't know what people are going through. I've worked in customer service for a Long time. And I get were all human and have bad days, but those bad days and speaking, what feels down to people, is contagious. Have pride in your job. You reflect your company. Make us want to come back because you make people feel valued, not come back simply because youre the closest McDonald's..
Otherwise great food, other staff was kind...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly one of the worst McDonalds ever. I keep hearing that this is a training center, as if that is an excuse. If this is how you are training people to run a McDonalds, the company is in a lot of trouble. Any given morning is a total disaster. Waits of 10-15 minutes for curbside or pickup are typical. They have one register inside which is occasionally staffed and the rest are terminals which confuse all the old people. The drive thru is the only way to get your food in a reasonable time, but the drive through line is so messed up because they in theory have one line filter to both speakers, but in reality if you try to follow the rules someone will cut in front of you. Also, the floor is literally as slick as ice. Itās as slippery as the petit center. They perpetually have to have yellow warning signs up on the floor but itās a guarantee this place has broken some hips and caused some concussions. On top of all of that, when you finally get your food 15 minutes later, there is a good chance it will be messed up. This place need a top to bottom overhaul. Response from management is sparse at best. These people have all...
