Their pizza is really good. I just ordered from the WB location. I don't remember having a bad experience with the phone people before but the guy who answered this time just couldn't wait to get off the phone. His tone was rude. He didn't get the order right. He kept asking me to speak up in a not nice tone. Then he just said, "your total is 18.10 be ready in an hour" then I wasn't even done ordering. Just not a good phone experience. I would work on customer service because like I said the food was really good but I don't like having bad personal experiences often and it doesn't matter how good your food is, if I don't like calling there and ordering because your phone guy is in a mood and has a tone for whatever reason it's...

The pizza was really good so there's that, but our order was wrong. After clarifying with the cashier multiple times what we wanted, loudly and receiving a verbal confirmation from him, we wound up walking out with a cheese big benito instead of pepperoni. And with me repeating garlic cream cheese, he kept saying garlic butter back to me. Thankfully the cook was able to swoop in right at the end to switch the sauce on the order. Couldn’t agree more with the other people. The counter help was awful. Not a difficult order. I ordered one Italian sub and two slices of pizza and purchased a drink. They handed me a sub After waiting for 20 minutes after waiting for 20 minutes. I asked where the other food was and they said oh that would be another seven minutes. As I’m waiting on the pizza the sub is getting cold. Thr cashier asked me if I paid for the pizza and I showed the cashier the receipt that I paid for four items.
