Greek Isles Grille — Restaurant in West Bloomfield Township

I just walked in to this establishment and I was immediately greeted and asked the number in my party. I was alone so I was told to choose any table. I walked over to my table of choice and I was asked if I would like anything to drink. I ordered a coffee. The waitress walked away and she didn't come back to my table for another 6 minutes. Mind you in the midst of the wait a man walked over with a cup of water. When the lady came back to ask if I was ready to order I told her that I already ordered of coffee... she then said "Coffee?" And walked away.. got the coffee.. dropped it on my table and walked away... I waited for an opportunity to catch her to let her know that wasn't my order.. I was just pointing out I had already ordered a coffee and she hadn't brought it yet but after 4 min of waiting I got fed up... I never drank any of the coffee and I got up to speak with the manager. I walked up to a guy I thought was the manager but he quickly pointed me to the owner with contempt because he could see I wasn't happy. I decided to go to the counter to speak with the owner and i waited for a minute while he was discussing something with some customers. I had decided at that point that i had enough and i left without paying because i hadn't consumed anything but they did consume a great deal of my time and patience. Customer service is garbage these days no matter where you go.

With the obvious trend of disregard for customers and high prices... one can only speculate that this place might be being used to clean...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! I wish I could give a zero star review but unfortunately I am required to give at least one star. My 2 friends and I ordered the same exact meal a chicken gyro. My bf picked it up due to me being disabled and he’s my caregiver. My friends and I could not even take a bite out of the gyro it was as hard as a rock (we didn’t want to break our teeth) and the chicken was dry and over cooked the fries were ice cold and undercooked with zero salt. I called the manager and tried to explain to him our situation he was short told me to “get to the point “ that he “didn’t have time to talk to me”. Told me if I brought the food back in its entirety he would refund the money. My bf who didn’t order anything had to go back the restaurant with all 3 full meals and manager of the store a man screamed and swore at my bf yelling that nothing was wrong with the food and shouted at him to never come back to his store etc. My dad who orders regularly from them heard the manager SCREAMING at me over the speaker phone he will never go back and will advise his friends and colleagues not to go there as well. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager or even an employee at any store. Do NOT order food from this place the food is Horrible completely unacceptable and the management’s behavior was even worse...

On 4/29/21 I ordered about $80 worth of food which included 2 large salads with chicken. I ordered a full bottle of dressing due to having 2 very large salads and wanted to make sure i had enough dressing. When I picked up the order and brought it home I realized the bottle of dressing was missing. I then called greek isles back and the lady said it was her mistake and apologized and said she would put my name down to pick up the dressing at another time. Since i paid cash she was not able to refund it. On June 8th i called to place an order and let them know they owed me a bottle of dressing and the lady on the phone said she could not find my name on the list and she also said anything past 2 weeks she does not keep record of. She did not tell me that at the time she forgot a whole bottle of dressing. Needless to say i was over peoples house with 2 large salads and no dressing. Will not...
