Ordered 2 pizzas, bread with sauce and wings with ranch. The kid didn't want to help me figure out the pass code pizza warmer to get my order, instead he ran to the back and left me alone. The email hadnt come through so I had to wait, staring at my food, till it finally popped up. I THANKFULLY checked the order and saw they messed up the split pizza and there was just ranch and no marinara sauce for the bread. I called to the back for help, same kid came out and was clearly annoyed. I told him there was no sauce and he pointed to a fridge behind me saying it was in there, as if I would have known since the ranch was with the order but not the other cold sauce....
Then I pointed out that my half and half was wrong. I even rechecked the order i made online to make sure it wasn't my fault.. it wasn't. One side was supposed to be a Hawaiian and the other was banana peppers, green peppers and onions. They put the peppers on the Hawaiian side. The kid said he could remake it but it would be at least 15 minutes. I asked if he was making the whole order again so its all hot together and he said no. So I was supposed to wait with my rapidly cooling food for a new pizza, he didn't even offer to put ot back in the warmer for the time. He offered no real solutions and just stood there looking at me. I didnt want to give them a chance to mess with the order as clearly they don't care about customers so I took it and left.
Make the drive to any other location. Side note, the pineapple wasn't even yellow, it was light tan...the quality is garbage. Choose any other...
Read moreToday at about 5:45, I went to little Ceasars and placed an order with a young lady. Later found out her name was Sydney. She was very professional and ensured that my order was taken properly amongst the 5 other customers in the store. She was clearly having a hard time working with the guy in the back, Blane, who was making the pizzas. He missed a guys order and seemed very preoccupied with himself. He even was on the phone. Eventually, I was the only customer in the store. The then came to the front of the store in view of customers and was talking about how bad the weather was and used profanity. Sydney just looked at me and shook her head. She told him that if he can not multitask, he needed to get off the phone. He started yelling at her and saying he could be on the phone. Sydney then called who I believe was her manager. I also addressed Blane and told him how unprofessional he was being. When Blane talked to the manager, he claimed it was his mom for a family emergency, which was nothing close to what I heard in his conversation. The pizza itself was fine. The only thing I didn’t like was seeing him using his phone then making pizza with no gloves on. His hand could NOT have been clean. This was my first bad experience here. Read moreThe service here is horrible. We called ahead so our food would be ready when we stopped in since they never have any hot and ready pizza avaiable and there is always a wait.. I watched the employee give away half my order to the woman in front front of me then he argued with me about what we had ordered(after I already paid) saying that we had to wait and our food wasnt ready cause we changed the order which we didnt unless for some reason the one pizza was a$20 pizza lol. And he had the receipt in his hand and didnt give us a copy. It was a call in order how would i have a receipt to prove to.him what ordered. So even with calling ahead we ended up waiting around 15 to 20 min for our food when we got home the crust of the pizza was extremely undercooked and doughy to the point we put it in our oven to finish cooking.
