Subway — Restaurant in West Boylston

I went there today. I ordered a veggie sub, and asked for another plain Italian bread as I explained it to the worker already that this is how my son likes it no veggies only bread, just plain bread. There was another worker, a lady( I believe the manager), who was very rude and judgmental. And said we don’t sell plain bread, when I had purchased the plain bread along with my other orders multiple times before. No issues at all. They charged me $8 for just the plain bread, and I paid only because that’s how my son likes it and he asked for subway. The other worker (the guy) who took my order said to me “ why don’t you go to Walmart and get the whole bread”. I remained calm as I didn’t want to create a scene, but this is no way to deal or talk to a customer. I will not be going to this subway ever again. They both made me feel so uncomfortable over a piece of bread, and kept looking at me with judgmental looks. I went to the same store two weeks ago and even before that and I got the same bread for lower price no issues or attitude at all. I am more disappointed by the behavior of the workers. Do better and deal with customers in more polite way...

Hate making this kind of review, but the second lady who was finishing up my order only put veggies on one half of the sandwich! No way that was accidental.. I was waiting by the register so maybe she thought she could get away with that kind of laziness. I didn't realize until I went home and noticed my sandwich tasted off, but I saw her put some veggies when I was there.. so when I opened up the sandwich that's when I could see she legit only put veggies on half. I was frustrated. I went back because thankfully I live close by, and the other lady was able to remake it for me. But I wonder about folks who don't have the luxury of being able to go right back to the store. And its such an inconvenience, especially when you're hungry. That type of service isn't right. Doesn't matter if you're busy or not, you take care of the customer in...

I usually get okay service from everyone besides this one nice young lady! I love when she’s working.

Most of the time , you can tell no one wants to make sandwiches just by their body language but it’s cool. It really doesn’t bother me.

Today , for the first time , the manager is clearly more worried about my mask being down (it wasn’t even all the way down). I’m trying to help her hear me but she’s in a such a rush , she puts the wrong chicken and condiment on my sandwich.
