Gourmet Donuts — Restaurant in West Boylston

On Tuesday October 6th, at 1pm I went to Gourmet Donuts in West Boylston ordered a large hot coffee, and received a lukewarm 3/4 full cup. if it was at least hot, i would have just left i guess but come on, you didnt have another pot ready? was that it? , i asked if i could get it heated up by just pouring hot on top, NOPE! not to the blonde haired girl with acne (sorry, i didnt catch her name, and i want the owners to know who im talking about) anyway, she told me "if you want your coffee hot, go across the street to dunkin donuts, youy're welcome", she really wouldnt pour a little more in my cup. the owners are amazing people, just so nice. im really upset, ill be leaving a review on yelp and dunkin donuts and im not stopping there, she tried to embarrass me or look cool in front of the line of other customers it was just the opposite. i love all the other girls that work there, and get along great with them. it honestly makes every Gourmet Donuts look bad, and i drive by another one every day on my way to work, ill be going across the street from now on to Dunkins - where customers are...

One of my favorite coffee places. The flavors are creative and tasty, and the food is good, too. The barista with the pink eyeshadow who usually works the drive through (I think) is my favorite. Super friendly and personable. Some of the baristas have been rude and messed up the coffee before (one gave me a Samoa iced coffee that just tasted like bitter almond milk, which was just a waste) but it's still one of the best places around. The Samoa or cookies and cream are the best flavors, in my opinion, and the Butterfinger is a fun one. The teas and smoothies rock, too. I ask for a black tea with a lot of peach and watermelon syrup, and it sounds bad but tastes great. Anyways, overall great but the experience is highly dependent on who your barista is.
