Buccilli's Pizza — Restaurant in West Branch

The set up inside is quirky, this is the first time we had been to this establishment. This is the first buffet I've eaten at that didn't require me to pay before dining... Not sure how I feel about that because we didn't even get a drink from the server until we were done eating. The restaurant only had 5 tables eating buffet and we watched her walk by us 7 times before we caught her attention to grab our drinks. The food tasted great but for a buffet they had 1 pizza and one cheese bread out at 1:15, with 5 tables eating off the buffet. Very let down by the service and the minimum option for choices of hot food. Fresh pizza didn't even come out until we decided to leave. Went to eat this this afternoon when they opened. Waited 35 minutes for them to open. After 4 doors still locked, so I called to see what was going on. Answered quickly and told me no dine in because they don’t know when their server works and would have to call back. No sign, no anything to let anyone else know this. Said we could come in and place a to go order which would have been fine however doors were still locked and the. Got hung up on. For a business to have a sticker that says we love our customers, sure doesn’t seem like it if you can’t have a sign posted or even know when the server is supposed to work. Bad management. We called ahead to make sure there was a pizza buffet, but when we got there they only brought out 1 pizza for the 4 people in the restaurant. We asked twice if there was more pizza coming but until another 4 people came they didn't bring out another one. I paid $12 + drink for 2 people and only got one slice of pizza and a few cheese sticks. The salad was just ok. Just really disappointing when I was trying to spoil my boyfriend for working so hard. The server was nice and the 1 slice I got was good so I didn't feel like a 1 star would be fair. I probably won't...
