Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Bridgewater

HORRIBLE! Can’t stand being spoken to rudely when I’m nothing but “please, thank you, yes please, no thank you, may I have” more than polite! I’ve talked to the Manager, 2 different people in the past 5 years, and nothing gets resolved! If the guys Gab and the other one with glasses could talk to themselves every time, they would T- themselves off a lot. All this is easily avoidable when you exercise even just a little gratitude for the customers that are supporting your establishment!!! Be nice! Say please and thank you- especially when your customer is! You’re the first people and may be the only people someone is in any kind of contact with any given day and you choose to be rude and impatient. If you don’t want to be there, STOP working...

This is hands down the worst Dunkin' in the immediate area. And it has been for years now. Orders are always incorrect, the drive-thru is a consistent disaster, and the employees are rude. I avoid this location unless absolutely necessary. And even then I typically avoid it. H is a terrific person and a great worker, but she has no help here. One person can't do everything all the time. The two elderly owners are incompetent as well, and it's obviously trickling...

This place is awful constantly messing up orders and rude especially the assistant manager. She stated for me to pull up and park and she would bring my food order out which consisted of two bagels toasted with cream cheese and one wake up route and I waited about 10 minutes and I realized nobody was in the drive up.
