Used to order all the time now that I can get better quality pizza I haven’t been. ( you get what you pay for) I always tip at least 10-20 dollars. No customer service from the lady who answered the phone I felt so ashamed to apologize for not knowing what to order because I haven’t ordered from dominos in such a long time i forgot what I USED to like. Very inconsiderate & not polite people. I tip and pay very well buying plenty of their food & beverages as well + making sure that the drivers know I appreciate them !! It’s sad that they want to offer providing prompt, dependable & reliable pizza service and safe gaurd you pizza like a bank gaurd at you door and just treat you unwanted from the start of your order. My sub purposely came made wronge because of me having somewhat of a difficult time understanding what they had to offer. There was no suggestions or help with anything besides criticism for what I was asking for because it terminologie. I would definitely rate THIS domino’s as a low in cousin Vinnys. Read moreOn a snowy Friday night during the Cotton Bowl I went to pick up my order which was promptly ready A small snafu when I got there that either a delivery driver or customer picked up my order and they were in the process of remaking it No big deal as I needed to go to the convenience store also which was right down the road So left Domino's and went to convenience store When I returned to Domino's my order was ready but what they also did was give me a $10 credit for my inconvenience A plus for me true But what I noticed at Domino's was that management was on the ball They had 4 people behind counter making pizzas and 5 delivery cars outside ready to deliver those delicious pizzas on a very busy night in crappy conditions What that says to me is this store has got good team effort from management and employees with good work environment Seems rare nowadays so a shout out to them needs to be recognized As for my small snafu given a Friday night Bowl game and snowy conditions a small human error is understandable and nothing to get too upset about especially...
Read moreSad to say after 3 years of ordering pizza from this location almost 4 times a month because my son ONLY likes dominos. I had a not so good experience with a manager name Christopher, tracker says pizza was on its way. After 24 mins I called and ask where was the pizza? He tells me the driver knocked on the door vs ringing the bell like usual. And he called the number was on file, I will admit I did not update my new number BUT I have never had them have to call. Christopher then says we can have them re deliver it and I had a veteran driver so I'm sure he is not making it up. I was shocked he said that when no one pointed him to blame. I asked for my refund back and told him after all these years of ordering and he is being inconsiderate and I will no longer order from there. He says " OK I will take that into consideration".
