Arby's — Restaurant in West Chester Township

I don't frequent this Arbys as much because I always seem to be disappointed. From one incident of having a piece of cardboard/tape in my beef and cheddar, to always being served very little meat/LITERALLY just a DAB of cheese, I believe this will be my last visit to this location. After ordering my food, I had ordered one of my meals as a classic roast beef sandwich and ordered a sweet tea. I come back to my place of employment only to find that I was given a beef and cheddar. I tried contacting the store FOUR TIMES prior to returning to inform them they had given me the incorrect sandwich, only to sit on the phone long enough for no one to pick up and go to a busy tone. I go back to Arbys (without the sandwich) and just my receipt and informed them of the error. I was told to bring the sandwich back and they would provide a new one. I go all the way back to my place of employment, grab the sandwich, return to Arbys again to then get the correct sandwich.... only to return to my job and find I had received an UNsweetened tea, not a sweet tea. To angry by this point to return to Arbys for a FOURTH time, I put packs of sugar in my unsweetened tea. This was definitely the last straw for me at this location and will not...

I ate here twice in 2008, and got food poisoning both times. Within an hour after eating the regular roast beef sandwiches, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Needless to say, I did not order anything from this location ever since.

Fast forward to February 2022, I stopped by this location and ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich, thinking that it's been 14 years since my last horrible experience, it should be better. It wasn't better, half an hour after eating I had thrown it all up and spent the next 2 hours on the toilet as my digestive system flushed out the sandwich.

Only order food from this location if you need a laxative. It is not safe to eat anything here and hasn't been since 2008. I don't know how or why the health department hasn't closed this...

Waited 25 minutes in line and parked to get four sandwiches none of which required cooking. The manager advised that she was training a new crew and was almost shocked that I was annoyed at the time it took. By the way, they forget the order potato cakes that was the only thing that they needed to cook. What a mess of an order!! She advised me that if I returned I could wait for the correction of this order. I told her I had not planned on over an hour to get dinner. She advised me to write down her name and she would correct it next time. I was just letting her know how bad her service was and I have no intention of returning to their restaurant in the near future. Worst...
