Three times in a row with more than half wrong donuts in a dozen! Told me they were out of chocolate cake donuts... apparently they can't convert that name to chocolate glazed because I could see them while I was getting a correction. Gave me Boston Creme instead of bismarck when I asked for bismarck...I seriously am going to go to a different dunkin. This place used to be great. They still have great selection available they just don't know how to give you the order you ask for!
This place does a great job drive thru and walk in. Always a good selection, rarely out of anything in the morning hours. We go here regularly and the orders are always fresh. When you repeatedly have terrible customer service and orders wrong that tells me that the people working either weren't trained properly or management is poor. But the store manager has worked at other locations I've been to and those store didn't have the same amount of issues. So it has to be the people they are hiring. The owner needs to go in and figure out the bad eggs and get rid of them. Until this location is fixed ill go Beckett ridge or Montgomery rd to get my coffee. Atleast i will know its right and the customer service will be better. I feel terrible to give this dunkin 1 star but until the issues are addressed and fixed I feel as if they need it. Read moreThe Dunkin on Cinci-Dayton Rd. Has TERRIBLE customer service. The girls that work there are rude, and don't care at all about customers. I placed an online order at 8pm the night before and they claimed to not see it at 8am the next day. So when we placed the order with them, the girl complained that they don't make that many donuts so early, and we needed to order ahead online..... I said, we did, and got major attitude from her. She was also talking down to the other employee and I felt very embarrassed for her. I also came through this location a couple days before, and wasn't given a straw.
