Jimmy John's — Restaurant in West Chester Township

I can't speak for their delivery service as I've always done dine in or just ordered to go, but their sandwiches are good, I love the Jalapeño chips, and the service is always friendly and very fast. One of my most frequented lunch spots during the work week, and my sandwich is usually ready within less than a minute of my receiving my payment receipt. The only complaint I have is that I had one instance over a year ago where I ordered a turkey sandwich, and the meat was slimy. I'm not sure if it had gone bad or what the issue was, and I fully admit I am picky about food texture, so that could have been a contributing factor. Regardless, I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away, but as I was on my lunch break, I didn't have time to call and complain or go back and get...

I wish there was a million stars to give this place.

It was immaculately clean. The food could not have been more fresh. And the service was amazing.

And I was a server and bartender for 30 years so I’m very picky.

The products were visible and they use Hellman’s Mayo Starkist Tuna...Heinz vinegar. Most restaurants save ALOT of money by purchasing generic products. So this impressed the heck out of me to.

Service was quick oh and you can watch them prepare the food. These days with people rubbing food against garbage cans and thinking its funny...and putting it on you tube...I’m nervous to eat out anymore 😔

Anyway like I said five stars isn’t enough....

Went on my lunch break and to return food less than 10 mins bread hard . Cashier very nasty “ she hates her job vibe “didn’t want to refund me because my break was over in 5 mins due to my food not being correct! The bread they sell hard ass a brick literally. check your food before you leave their are you might break your teeth from that hard ass bread the sell! Firehouse would “NEVER”! First and last time! Negative 100 for...
