Skyline Chili — Restaurant in West Chester Township

Great visit again. My daughter and I come here about once or twice a week. Walked in today and was told welcome to skyline by multiple workers and sit wherever you like. My three year old daughter and I sit at the bar tops.

Hanna was our waitress today and she did an amazing job. She took our order fast and brought our food out fast. She keep coming back and checking on us in the midst of being super busy. They all do the same each time and that’s how you know they are trained well and with the same principles.

The twins are amazing supervisors. It was slow at first then about fifteen minutes into our visit it picked up majorly and the managers was in ready mode. Logan killed it on the serving line. At one point I seen him making a order while helping three other people with there order and telling everyone good job and uplifting everyone. He keep making sure everything was clean repeatedly wiping down the serving station. His brother was on the floor doing the same thing and going to people and asking them if there was anything he could do for them. This Tylersville Dudley Dr location is one of the better Skyline locations near Mason and West Chester for dining in, but not their drive through. We had such a great dining in experience. There is a great, positive energy every time we are there. Here is why. As soon as you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome by everyone. This location is well organized and the team is well trained. You can tell Rae set proper expectations. The staff works as a team and they crank out food efficiently and it tastes as great as it should. Good portions too. Pictured is the Greek salad with extra Feta and extra olives. Plus I poured some Greek salad dressing on the salad before I decided to take a picture and share my great experience. Ps. This location is way better than the Lakota location on Cincinnati Dayton Rd near Route 129 in West Chester. Unfortunately, the drive through has not done well with our orders the last three times in a row. So I only recommend dine in for this location. 7/8/22, another not so good drive through experience. we went through the drive thru and order. before paying, we confirm our order. large spaghetti and chili, large 5 way xtra onion and a buffallo chicken salad no cheese buffalo sauce on the side. our food was wrong. we got a reg. spaghetti and chili instead of large and the Salad had cheese and sauce all over it. we drove back and went into the dining area to get it remade by the manager. came home, there were beans in both. we called to notify the manager to be more careful on other people's orders next time. not asking for a refund or remake. the beans can be picked out. the manager had an attitude problem. saying she made it herself. well, beans are beans and it's all over our food. the manager should accept her mistakes and apologize instead of bickering with me. learn customer service. not only I but the vehicle behind me also had mistakes...they need to be more professionals and pay attention to the...
