Mi Burrito Mexican Grill — Restaurant in West Chester Township

I've been coming to Mi burrito for lunch 2-3 times a week for the past 4 years, even when they were in the other building behind skyline. I was upset that they were closed today and I had to go to a terrible cooperate owned burrito place instead. I feel bad I've waited so long to write this review. The food is INCREDIBLE, its clear that everyone there cares about the company, and the people that run it are genuinely nice people. I would always ask my buddy if he wanted me to bring him back anything, and he would always say "bring me back a big steak". obviously he's joking because they wont just cook a steak for you. WRONG! I asked them one day if they would do it (in the middle of lunch rush mind you) and they were understandably confused because its an odd request. Well they did it anyway, charged me for the price of 2 extra steaks in their system. The joke came out to be like $5. I was so happy they did it, I put a $20 bill in their tip jar. Now I did this as a goof on my friend, it was funny. BUT whats better is that the steak was amazing. The irish pub down the street has a New York strip for $20. This steak from Mi Burrito was hands down better. The people that own this place...

• • UPDATE * * * WE HAVE GONE BACK A FEW TIMES, BUT THOSE TIMES WE WERENT COMPLETELY SATISFIED. SWEET CHICKEN HAS BEEN THE BEST SO FAR. AL PASTOR IS OKAY, IT CAN BE A LITTLE SALTY. ALSO, IF YOU ASKED FOR A "LITTLE" OF SOMETHING (EX: LITTLE BLACK BEANS) THEYLL STILL GIVE YOU FULL PORTIONS. LOL THAT`S JUST A HELPFUL TIP IF YOU GO TO ORDER.

My boyfriend and I decided to randomly try them out today. Not only was the service 5 STARS alone, but we got to sample a few things before we ordered and everything we tried was so flavorful. It was so hard to choose what I wanted. I can`t wait to go back and try something else from the menu.

P.S. I ordered a sweet chicken bowl. My boyfriend ordered a Barbacoa Bowl....

I came here for the first time because all the reviews were amazing but we got there 3.5 hours before close and the workers were mopping the floors making them slick, that’s fine. However, what isn’t fine is when I first tell the woman who made my burrito that I don’t like onions so she was kind enough to take all the onions out of their sliced pepper/onion mixture to only then take a handful of diced onion at the end and smush it into my burrito without me asking for them. I wasn’t going to make her remake my entire burrito but I think the workers should slow down and listen to what the customer wants before putting...
