Skyline Chili — Restaurant in West Chester Township

Normally this location is excellent, but I think this evening it was training night and the trainers weren't paying attention. I order the same thing at least once every other week at this location, but tonight I confused them. I ordered my normal veggie black bean burrito deluxe, no sour cream, no onion (yes, I know the description of the item has no onions, but I've had locations put them on or ask). I then had to answer 20 questions about what that was and did I want sour cream. I guess she got it since I was asked to pull to the window. After a much longer wait than normal, I got the bag and checked- the deluxe burrito was smushed into a container half the size of the one it normally comes in and wouldn't even stay closed. I pulled it out and asked if it was training night, poor girl just stared at me. I also waved to get their attention and ask for the crackers that I was already asked about and had said, "yes please" - actually hot sauce too, but I gave up. And the manager should tell staff not to touch their face or lips when working around food. I told my kids to get regular silverware since I watched the girl putting bags together picking at her lip. Disappointed and will take the extra few minutes to go to another...

Two isn’t a very big number. I ordered two 3-ways on Door Dash. I was delivered one. After paying for the delivery so I wouldn’t have to drop everything and drive to the restaurant, I had to drop everything and drive to the restaurant. I explained the situation to Justin, who either was or represented himself as the manager on duty. Justin offered to remake the order. I told Justin that because I paid for delivery then stopped what I was doing so I could waste time driving to the restaurant I would like to have three 3-ways, please. He agreed. A few minutes later he brought me two 3-ways, and three cheese coneys. That is twice in less than one hour, even with me sitting three feet away and speaking clearly directly to the manager on duty the second time, they failed to complete an order of two, then three items. Pick a different restaurant or a different location. These people aren’t competent enough to count as high as the number of fingers they have on one hand. You don’t want anything they put together going inside...

My boyfriend and I lived in an apartment complex near this Skyline for over a year. Hands down this is one of the best Skylines I’ve ever been to for several reasons, particularly because the experience is consistently stellar. Every time we visit we are greeted with a hello and offered extra crackers, drinks to go, etc. The servers are always prompt and friendly. The space is clean and well organized. Even on the busiest of nights they are staffed well and provide a hospitable environment for everyone. We have moved recently and miss this Skyline very much. It will definitely be worth the trek once in a while to visit and take a trip down memory lane. If you’re in the area and love Skyline, I cannot recommend this...
