One of the classiest bars/pubs that I've been to. Really cool environment. I found out about the place because they have good live music, and my wife and I really like live music. I am a recovered person, so I called ahead to see if they have mocktails. The lady picking up the phone was reassuring and kind and said that they do have mocktails. When my wife and I went to the bar, I explained that I was a recovered person and we called ahead for the mocktails. The lady with tattoos on her arm emerged from the other side of the bar and took care of us. She gave us three options for mocktails and made us feel comfortable in the environment. The mocktails were really really good, and I'm a foodie. She also explained where the water was. My wife and I were the youngest ones there, and I appreciated the mature atmosphere. The live music was really good. The bartender said that they have live music on Friday and Saturday nights. A friend of ours is playing there in late May; we will be returning. In addition to the bar, there are several small tables, along with separate, parlor style sections, which are cozy yet classy. Perfect for date night or just relaxing with friends.
The outdoor space is also lovely. There’s a gazebo overlooking a stocked pond, and some additional seating just outside the bar. Even though the location is just off of 747 (and adjoining a target range), it feels private and peaceful.
Food options are either the food truck (I don’t know which, but tasty apps) or arranging your own for groups, since they don’t have a kitchen. But the staff is very accommodating.
They’re planning to do some events open to the public. Looking forward to seeing what they’re lining up...
Read moreThis was our first time going to Tommie's place. Tommie's has beautiful outdoor seating and very cozy, romantic seating indoors. Great place to meet a group of friends to hang out. You are encouraged to bring your own food, as they don't serve food, but they often have food trucks. The Naughty Lobsta was there when we went. They also have grills and plenty of picnic tables, with and without shade. There is also a place to play cornhole. The staff was very nice and friendly. Great atmosphere and I highly recommend a visit. And as a bonus there is a gun range for target practice on site. Two very separate businesses but nonetheless it's something...
