I've had probelms with this place before but never been treated so badly.Was in drive thru on 12/27/18 at 6:50pm tried to place order. Maria kept getting it wrong & forced issue of buying drink. Then the box made a funny noise and isaid can you hear me? No reply so I repeated it 4more times each time saying it louder.i then yelled I'm going to window to place order. Maria then said they the box in not serving you. So while I was waiting for the cars in front to pass so I could get out of lane I tried calling. They let it ring then picked it up & slammed phone down. Got to the window there was an angry looking woman there who motioned to the African American woman like she was a dog to go to the window. That's when I found out that the angry looking woman was Maria the manager.she rushed towarda the window screaming at me that I started screaming at her first. I said I yelled the order thinking the box had probelms again. I even admitted it . Maria had trouble understanding my English I had to break it down as if I was speaking to a 5yrold. My child was getting scared in the car because of the way Maria was screaming and jabbing the air.totally unprofessional. The whole time Maria was screaming& accusing me I never raised my voice. I told Maria that there is a communication probelm occurring , that she cant seem to understand that admit means yes I did yell, & I felt that I was being discriminated against. The African American worker asked what I wanted to eat& I told her the way the mgr was acting I was scared she would spit in my food. I asked for the district mgr number Maria refused. Went back the next day morning shift to be told by that manger that Maria was the calm one. I explained what happened and they gave me a number to call & said I could also talk to the headmgr when shes back...
Read moreTbh, I only ever stop at this burger king if I have time before work. It's always breakfast time, and I end up getting a burger for my lunch break. The lady at the window is always nice. Never had a problem with their service at the window. I did, however ... get fries that were super dark and looked like they had been refried in old oil. And literally had no taste. Or had fries that were so fresh.. A couple felt or tasted like they needed to be cooked a little more .. ( I understand I'm getting fries when everyone else is getting breakfast, so I kinda get it...) Also, one time, I got only mayo on my burger when it comes with mayo and ketchup, and the other time, they gave me BBQ sauce instead of the ketchup. But it's not the end of the world, lol.
With that being said, the only other problem is the cars in the lot.. when I'm pulling in or out.. They are a little aggressive. I've almost got side swiped three times...
Read moreIt started with the restaurant itself being closed despite the hours being open until 9pm (what is posted on their doors and windows). Then when placing the order in the drive through there was confusion from the employee and our order was not repeated back to us. After the wait for our food (which is understandable) we were missing 6 items from our order & were basically rushed to keep going and therefore we were not able to check the bags at the drive through as we normally do. After driving off I checked my bags and realized the missing items. Aside from that upon arriving home I noticed all the 5 meals I ordered came WRONG, we paid for the royal crispy chicken with bacon and Swiss and none of the meals came like that. I understand having issues with staffing but if a restaurant is not able to accommodate and take orders then close or communicate that with customers before ruining a Sunday...
