Extremely subpar and disorganized services; I purchased gyro cheese burger & chicken wings, which tasted awful and smelled worse, and I ended up getting sick and being hospitalized. Given how filthy the food preparation grill was and how old and dusty the fryer grease was, I have no doubt that they use inferior food ingredients. Inside, people are preparing food while smoking. Many people have reported finding flies and caterpillars in their food on a regular basis. By paying attention and purchasing meals there, you can get an experience & taste of all those things. I had a terrible experience with Chicago Wings. I placed an order for two 4-piece wings on January 7th, but the store was closed for days. When I called today, January 13th, to ask about my order, the man on the phone was incredibly rude. He didn’t offer any help, didn’t suggest I could pick up my food or get a refund—he just hung up on me. It’s beyond frustrating, especially when businesses come into our community and treat people of color with such disrespect.
