Burger King — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Usually, I always go during the nighttime to this location. I go once every 3 months with my husband because we are Burger King enthusiasts. We like to get the full meals instead of individual items the sizes for the meals ranges from small, medium, and large for every meal and you get to chose if you want fries or onion rings. If you're a fan of free drink refills and varied drinks when dining in you're in luck as this location has a touchscreen fountain drink dispenser. Although this place does have it's downsides. I would suggest you go to the actual place to get your food done on the spot rather than pick up or delivery since some items arent done properly when getting delivered or picked up and it's not until your order gets home and is missing some of the items that were asked for. But overall the food is great(when done properly) and most of the employees are very nice and are just willing to get their job done.

P.S. (I'm also not going to say who or what employees but two of this locations employees are very incompetent and try to act ‘hostile’ towards...

I rarely, RARELY do bad reviews. But I swear the employees working there ESPECIALLY attending the drive thru, have an ATTITUDE. It's very rare to usually encounter an employee there with good attitude and chrisma, but those that are there, I appreciate it! I went today and forgot to tell the lady I didn't want ice on my sprite because my grandma doesn't like cold drinks, makes her chest hurt. So we go up to the drive thru, we tell her no ice on the sprite and she's all like it already has ice. We tell her again no ice and she gives same response. It's not until the manager steps in that we do end up getting the sprite without ice, which I do appreciate. Thank you! I work customer service to, but seriously if they don't want to work then don't. We weren't giving the drive thru girl attitude for her to have been giving us one. We like this BK location cuz its close to us, but seriously the employees either gotta go or get better training, cuz their attitude is...

They have a wide variety of junk food. This is not the place for healthy food but you can put together a few items and get a somewhat healthy meal if you scour the entire menu. I went for a late dinner through the drive-thru, the staff was slightly impatient however their behavior was tolerable not here nor there as far as politeness. My order was correct and warm, however it was sloppily made. The sandwiches I ordered were disappointing compared to how they used to be; I think that I got late night "sloppy seconds" for lack of a better term.
