I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent incident where my vehicle was towed from your parking lot. I was surprised to find out that my car had been towed, as I had parked it in the designated lot for your business’ customers.
It is extremely inconvenient for me to have my vehicle towed, especially knowing that I was legally parked in the designated area. The process also resulted in added expenses for me, including the cost of the towing fee.
I urge you to improve your system for monitoring the use of your parking lot, to ensure that only non-customers park elsewhere. It is also essential that your employees receive proper training to determine whether a car parked in your lot belongs there or not.

Horrible customer service. Went in to order a cake per a family recommendation; they know how to bake but not how to treat their customers. The young lady who took care of us after standing around for 10 minutes didn't bother to raise her voice enough to understand what she was mumbling to us. She also couldn't be bothered to explain the options and rolled her eyes when we asked questions, in between talking to her coworker. Nice - we ended up walking out due to her complete lack of attention and went to Panaderia Los Gallos and were properly attended to at a lower price (which wasn't even an issue to begin with - we'd have paid whatever to get the right cake). It's like you order food and you tell him what you want and they don't hear you. It's ridiculous And the bakery is overpriced and it's a shame that they don't take link. In Illinois 2 million people have link, so it's a shame that they don't want us in their bakery! It's like they're saying people with link don't deserve their pastries. Right now with all the prices that are high and the rents for apartments are even higher, I can't afford to use cash to go to their bakery. But there is other bakeries on 26th Street.
