I really wish google would provide a negative star review because I really dislike that I even have to leave any stars at all. Let me start off by saying that when you walk into this location it smells of cat piss, there used to be a carpet in between doors and yes they took it out but the fact that the smell is still there tells me they never clean out there. Then there is only one person working the front during dinner and everyone is just standing around watching. The person who is taking care of the customers clearly has an attitude. The fact that I go in there and spend $50 dollars and still canāt get what I ask for is very frustrating. I asked for a side of hot salsa on the side because when I ask for it on my bowl itās always too much. The girl clearly heard me when I said can I please get a side of hot and tells me yes and still proceeds to not give it to. The distribution on my bowl is weird like why did I ask for corn and the girl proceeds to put it in one corner is that something new that Chipotle is doing because isnāt supposed be to be distributed evenly though the entire bowl. I donāt understand coming from someone who actually worked at Chipotle. Yes I worked at Chipotle so I know whatās expected when working there. I walked away sure that she was going to put it in the bag while I go to pay for the food and yet I get home and there isnāt any salsa in my bad. How upsetting. Then I had a free drink as a part of my rewards almost walked away before I noticed the gentleman at the register didnāt give me a cup. What is with these people? Can we not hear? Or is just common sense not common anymore? How...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried to pay cash for my order that came out to 33.11. I had two $20 bills and a bunch of change so I gave the 11 cents to make it easier. Cashier said they had no dollar bills so they would have to short me $2. I thought about it for a second, and asked if there was anything they could do for the next time I come in for the inconvenience. Cashier says, yeah I can give you a bag of chips- proceeds to charge me for it and then ask me for more change to add to the $2 she couldnāt give me. I said never mind bc I already have chips with my order. I donāt want to BUY more chips bc you canāt give me my change. Cashier was fumbling around with a cell phone, I assume on the calculator, as a long line forms behind me. Other employees reach over her to charge other customers. This was embarrassing and time consuming. Another employee overheard the cashier and says,āOh we have change.ā They have a stack of cash in hand. I check out and leave, only to realize they gave me $6 instead of $7 Itās only a couple bucks but I felt gaslit for wanting my change after paying $30 for a burrito bowl, chips, and guac. Also, the queso looked old.
The guy who made my bowl was really nice. I work in customer service so I know this interaction could have been avoided. I think Iāll pass on Chipotle...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm a Chipotle fan. I came to this Chipotle excited to try the new location in my neighborhood. At 2 PM, I was the only person in line. I waited at least 7 minutes to be served. There was only one additional customer paying at the register, but passing employees didn't even bother to say good afternoon or inform me about the wait. When I was finally served, not even a greeting. The service was just terrible, lacking hospitality compared to other Chipotles. In the kitchen, they have a speaker playing their own music even louder than the restaurant's music. There's another speaker in the drive-thru area playing a completely different type of music, equally loud. Imagine the noise disaster. The explicit lyrics in the kitchen's music, with some employees singing loudly, added to the unpleasant experience. When my food was served, I had to wait for the cashier to finish talking to another employee before she rang me up. Of course, her attitude wasn't the best. This place clearly needs serious management to align with Chipotle's...
