Denni's Pizza — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I have been patronizing this place for months since my recent move to Chicago I am very disappointed by the service that I received today. I work remote from home and I am limited to time I get during my breaks. However, the food I received today 11/15/2021 was old refried and seemed to be cooked from the previous day. Living in the Lawndale neighborhood quality/fresh food is important. Unfortunately, I will have to add Dennis’s pizza to the list of restaurants I will never return to again. I immediately regretted my decision to order from her as soon a bit into my food. To make matters even more dissatisfying, when I called to inquire why went wrong on my order I was told that I was a liar and the manager stated there was nothing that she could do to make the situation right even though I have patronized this place a few times as this neighborhood is limited to options of good food nearby. I have been feeling sick trying still work since my lunch and I only took a bite of food after realizing that it was not fresh and my husband insisted I call to give the restaurant a chance to correct this. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I called I only felt worst to know I spent my money on what I thought would be a good 4.2 star meal to only be reheated from someone who did not get their food on time or from the previous day. I hope that no one else goes through what I experienced from this place today. Unfortunately, Denni’s pizza has lost my business forever. I wish anyone who chooses to eat from this place the best...

They have thick slices for those who enjoy a big bite pie. If you are a fan of thick but soft butter-based crust, this is the epitome of a perfect crust recipe. For those who are not fans of thick crust or crust in general, this pizza will change your perception and maybe no more crust to the garbage. Order a fresh full pie as they are a great value. Let’s start by saying I have gone to this place for food since I was a kid. But recently I made a complaint about a food order I made. I ordered a cheeseburger which came to my house cold, a milkshake and a soda. I called to speak with a man named “Jose” who was basically telling he would not do anything to fix the situation and I basically paid 20 dollars for cold food.
