Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I've been coming in here frequently over the past few months because it is conveniently located. Some of the staff are great, friendly, and efficient. Some of the other, including the manager, are consistently rude. They sit behind the desk and talk amongst themselves while a line builds out the door. They give sarcastic and rude responses when asked for literally anything. They make it feel like you are doing them a great injustice by ordering a coffee. These people suck. It's like they never grew up and realized that one day they will have a job and part of it will be to act decent toward other human beings.If there were an alternative close by I would probably never go here again. A BUG IN MY COFFEE!!! I order a coffe that i got with the swirl all around it that I cleaned up myself I opened it up to let a little steam out so I could drink it to my disbelief there was a long black bug floating around in my coffee I went in and let yhem know they offered me a refund but I understand that these things happen I just asked for a new coffe they gave me the coffe and I left but when I got to my car and was ready to drink my coffee I realized that they had gave me the same cup I had brought in that had the bug in it at this point I really didnt know if they just picked out the bug and just gave me back the coffee!!! This is the closest dunkin to my house so I come here a lot in the mornings for a cup of coffee or some quick breakfast. They have hired a new staff that is far better than their old staff. The service has dramatically improved. The only downside is in the afternoon they only have one person working here, and it gets extremely busy when school let's out and all the kids come in to get their fancy coffee drinks and food, and the line can get really, really slow with only one person working the whole store. Most of the new employees are really good, just watch out for "old soapy hands." If he makes your drink, you'll know...
