I recently stumbled upon a hidden gem in my neighborhood that has completely transformed my perspective on breakfast - the Flying Saucer. As a fervent supporter of small businesses, I couldn't be happier with my newfound breakfast spot, and I'm excited to share my experience with you.
First and foremost, it's worth mentioning that the Flying Saucer operates on a cash-only basis. However, they have an ATM machine conveniently located on-site, so you don't need to worry about running out of cash. This cozy breakfast and early lunch spot has a unique charm that transported me to a small, quaint coffee shop in Boston, which I absolutely loved.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a warm and friendly server who instantly set the mood with their welcoming vibes. As someone who has recently embraced the world of coffee, I decided to start my morning with a Vanilla Latte made with almond milk, and it exceeded my expectations. The rich, aromatic coffee was perfectly complemented by the creamy almond milk, creating a delightful flavor combination.
To quench my thirst, I ordered a large glass of orange juice, which was refreshingly fresh and invigorating. It was the ideal companion to my morning meal.
Speaking of the food, I couldn't resist trying the Huevos Volando, and I was not disappointed. Every aspect of the dish was prepared to perfection, from the fluffy scrambled eggs to the savory toppings and the side of crispy bacon. The burst of flavors and textures in every bite left me wanting more.
The Flying Saucer is the epitome of a chill neighborhood spot with a funky, unique ambiance. It's remarkable how a small establishment like this can set the tone for your entire day. The intimate setting and friendly staff make it a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or an early lunch. Whether you're a local resident or just passing through, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Flying Saucer a try for a delightful breakfast experience that will make your day a whole lot better. Don't miss out on this hidden breakfast haven; it's a true...

It’s 9:30 am Sunday morning, I’m 32 weeks pregnant with 2 years old toddler came to sit down for a brunch. My husband was on the call and coming right behind us.
My toddler was on his balance bike waiting for me in the small waiting area while I was getting a table. While host refused to sit us two until my husband gets there (even though 70% of their table were unseated), the other employee approached my child and took his bike. I didn’t see it happening until I heard my child crying out loud. I ran into him and asked what happened. He said the man took his bike. My heart has sunk for a moment I thought the worst could happen to my child. Was his bike stolen? Who took his bike? Could something worse happen to my child?
I’m still trying to digest the fact how this man/employee could approach my 2 year old and take his bike neither without his or parent’s permission. We weren’t even given a table, why would you take his bike?! Why would you even approach someone’s child and ask for their items?!
After what happened, I’ve picked him up and and asked a lady sitting outside if she saw anyone taking his bike. She pointed towards the Employee entrance and that’s how we found out it was their employee who took his bike.
DO NOT EVER approach other children, especially take their items while leaving them crying.

Read moreLet me start by saying they had great customer service at first. So I ordered a breakfast burrito and they made it wrong. I take the burrito back and request that they make it they way I asked it was no problem. I work at a school near by so it was already an inconvenience for me to have to go back the second time. Due to me having to go back my school(my job) then there was a lock down due to gun activity in the area and I had to make sure that my students where safe in the buidling because we are a OPEN CAMPUS SCHOOL. I call this morning and ask them since I DID NOT pick up my $22 dollar burrito or got my money yesterday if I could possibly pick it up this morning because I never grabbed it yesterday! He tells me Yes! I order something else just to give them more business and also for being understanding and making my order again. I head over to pick up the my order and they are CHARGING ME ANOTHER $22 dollars for the same meal I never received and they continue to not give me my money back for the food I never received. Then there is a woman who looks like a manager giving me the dirtiest look like if I was wrong for requesting my food or my money back!!! OVERPRICED NEVER GOING BACK!! THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY IS WHAT MAKES YOUR BUSINESS THRIVE REMEMBER THAT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS TO NONE OF...
