Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I just left out of here a few minutes ago. I ordered avocado toast with bacon. When I got in my car on my way to work, I was about to eat it until I seen IT WAS MOLD on my toast all around the crust. I am disgusted. How can they serve old bread WITH MOLD ON IT? How did they not see that? Do they check the expiration date on their food supply? Do they even look at it to make sure it's safe to eat? Not only that, but They were also taking one order at a time and taking very long to hand customers their food and beverages.

Sorry, I will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts. I'm trying to call the number listed to inform them of the moldy bread, but I am not getting an answer from the number...

Dunkin’ Donuts Very rude staff! I complained about my coffee being made incorrectly and they took my coffee back through the drive thru window, during the covid 19 pandemic. When I asked the staff what was the proper protocol during this pandemic they were very rude and abruptly stated what am I talking about! I’m pretty sure that things should not re-enter the store once it is exchanged to the customer. I go to this location every morning (it's the only one I like and I've been to many) and ever staff member from the manager down know what I come for, what's even better is they have my beverage made before I get to the counter and pay, and it's always spot on. Every one has been pleasant to me and others even you can tell the staff member is fatigued. I've been there to observe their interactions with other customers and the never falter.
