White Castle — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I work at John Stroger midnights for 15yrs so basically theres only a few restaurants open in the area and i notice that over the pass year or so this white castle has totally fell off,everytime i ask for fresh burgers off the grill,they say ok and do not deliver,my fries taste like re-fried fries,the ridge around my burger was a different color from the rest of the meat, i just left there and tried to call the restaurant to complain and the line is busy like always because I tried to call before,six months ago they were selling spoiled meat and you can smell it.I called white castle corp. and was never compensated,this place needs to be closed down,and to the employees that work there i know that your probably overworked and under paid,but is that my fault,im a paying customer,you guys should take more pride in what your serving,your probably giving customers food poisoning by being lazy and triffling,the way I feel is that I will never come back to this establishment let alone want another whitecastle,this was a...

Here is a secret. More times then I would care to admit, usually on holidays when everything else was closed, it was this White Castle that saved the day. It was usually late, and there was just enough time on my break to pick up, get back, and chow down. Jalapeno cheese with onions, original or fish sliders. Those wonderful crinkle-cut fries. Onion rings..Mozarella sticks. Have to say I never had a problem with the food being cold; just less warm if I was late picking up the order by drive-through. Since I never set foot inside this store, I can't comment about the facilities. Anytime I have ever went to White castles I have never had an issue with not receiving onions on my burger. I went inside try to place an order and I’ll let them know. Can you please not cook my burgers with onions he gonna tell me oh well, I’ll take off as many as I can. I’ve never had that issue. I’ve always been able to get absolutely no onions on my burger because they were clean one side of the grill out to make sure that there’s no onions but The young man that was on the grill I’m guessing he did not want to do all of that so I left without making a purchase because I don’t eat onions but I love white castles.
