Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

This place has the slowest and absolute worst service I walked in at 10:02 for a medium coffee nothing special there was one customer before me and a few in the drive thru when the cashier Tytianna W. came to take the order she told the lady in front of me that she wasn't going to take her order because she has an attitude problem which is understandable that the customer would be upset when we see people just standing around laughing and playing behind the counter when we want to just get coffee and go anyways Tytianna w. walked away and called Jose to take the order then my order was taken I was over charged by a few dollars but didn't say anything because again I was just trying to leave with my coffee I paid at 10:03 left at 10:15 which is extremely unreasonable seeing as how they weren't busy and they had plenty of employees just playing around I noticed my coffee wasn't made how i asked and when i brought up their mistake 3 female employees started arguing in front of me about the coffee calling each other names but i decided to take the coffee how it was and just go I paid $5.88 for a medium coffee that wasn't even prepared how I asked yet it took them 12 minutes to hand it to me just avoid this dunkin at all costs its a waste of time and the employees are...

I went to the Dunkin’s on Chicago Ave and Laramie this morning. Ordered the a sandwich and a large ice coffee and my order came out to $8.40. I have the guy at the window, $10.40. He gave back to me $1.60. I said to him, son my order was $8.40. He says, yes I know. I said you gabe me $1.60 back and he said yes $10.40 from $8.40 is $1.60. Not tripping about the .40 cent however, someone else will. If you home have these people working with money, please make sure they know how to count. Especially since the register tells you how much change you supposed to give back to the customer anyway....

This location is near my house. The staff does their best, however its evident that the manager is horrible...they rarely have the needed supplies, you ask for a medium coffee and they dont have mefium cups...went there during the 2-6 hrs when iced coffee is .99 and they dont have any ice coffee, you get a ice coffee but they dont have the correct tops for the cups...they arent provided with the proper supplies to do a good job...they at one point didnt have the cover so flies were able to swarm by...
