HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked the woman who answered the phone about pricing for Catfish and Jack Salmon and rudeness doesn’t began to start to describe her attitude. First, she mentioned something I didn’t say, then she began to take the time to tell me without a doubt in her mind that I did say it. Note there was so much noise in her background that perhaps she heard what wasn’t spoken.
She was so rude and nasty, that when I asked to speak with a manager. First she said hold on. After holding on she later she said he wasn’t there, call back.

Do not go here i repeat DO NOT GO HERE I CALLED MY ORDER IN BEFORE ARRIVING THE LADY TOLD ME 10 mins I ARRIVED IN APPROXIMATELY 10 MINS AT 11:30 PM AFTER CALLING MY ORDER IN MIND YOU I WAS IN AN UBER WHICH MY DRIVER HAD TO WAIT FOR ME.. THE WOMAN TAKING ORDERS / PUTTING THE ORDERS TOGETHER SUCH AS LEMON PEPPER ETC. The location is in a strip mall. The inside has newer menus since I was last there, and my order was taken fairly quickly. They had a good deal on the catfish filet combo and the mozzarella sticks I ordered. The wings were high but priced cheaper than a few spots I know of. I waited 15-20 min. The food was hot. My mozzarella sticks and fries were average but good and tasted fresh. I would go back and have them again. I was told the catfish and chicken were both good. All-in-all a decent experience....
