Called beforehand too see how far in advance I need to place a pick up .. Was told call on your way. No mention of exact change needed or use a card Called back place an order (2 for 8) to be picked up for me. It was 5:19pm. It Was at the end of the order was told about NO CHANGE RETURNS. I NEEDED EXACT CHANGE OR A CARD.... because I couldn't get it myself the person was already in route with the cash. SO not that I wanted it but added the can soda to round it out . Np. The person got there within 15 mins and still didn't get the order until 6:15 AN HOUR LATER after my call in.. although there were others that came picked up. Still don't understand why the wait! 4 When it arrived to me less than 10 mins later the food was not hot, the chicken looked old, I asked for mild sauce I got all hot sauce. After the unprofessional appearances and service corporate office needed to be called. 5 This was 1st time experiencing this restaurant... S such a bad representation of my neighborhood takeout business. 6 PLEASE PLEASE YOU GOTTA GET BETTER I DO WANT TO SUPPORT BUT AFTER...

I ordered a 50-piece Megan dying Chicken and a 20 peace catfish the day before I needed it. Which was supposed to get picked up at 3:00. I was running a bit behind and the lady called me and I told her I was going to be heading out my door in a few minutes to come pick up the chicken. On my way to go pick up the chicken she felt the need to call me three or four times. When I got there I explained to her she didn't need to call me that many times. Overall the fries were soggy and uncooked, the chicken did not look fresh at all. The fried catfish was the only thing good. When I picked up my order the lady that kept calling me was a very short young girl and she had an accent and I'm pretty sure she was Indian. Her customer service skills are horrible and I'm sorry to say this but I will not be placing any more orders for upcoming events...

Terrible delivery... I called order my food was told 45 min to an hour before it get to me... called back an hour and a half later they said my food left already.. . My food didn't show up for another 30 min (I live 5 min from restaurant)... I was told by staff answering the phone that he had a lot of orders being delivered (understandable) when my food finally got to me I asked the driver how many deliveries he had before me, he said only one... before I gave him my money I checked my food and it was cold. I don't want no food that's cold and was told to me left the restaurant 30 min before hand (idk wth the driver was doing). They have good food just don't get...
