Lucido's Tacos — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Just visited their new location on 26th and it was GREAT! I’m so happy for them that they have a storefront now. We specifically went for the tacos al pastor as my boyfriend hasn’t stopped talking about them since we went in early 2020. I got asada and they were both so good (They do that thing with double tortillas, too). We had 3 salsas, an orange, green, and avocado green, I only tried the avocado green salsa but I loved it. The tacos al pastor are the bomb I liked the place it's like if it was your house . The place is small but they treat you with respect if. The place is not always crowed. Most of the time it's empty. They have a bathroom and they have a variety of sodas. They only specialize in tacos they don't have other items on the menu like dishes . They only open 3 days from friday to Sunday. Lucidos has THE BEST Al pastor in the entire city of Chicago . I've been to a few dozen taco places in Chicago and this is the best of the best Al pastor. On el trompo is a good sign that they'll be delicious. On top of the spit it a whole pineapple which tastes so much better a little bit charred and not too sweet - unlike using canned pineapples as some restaurants do.
