Good afternoon, I enjoy going to MacDonald near my home. I have been in this area for over 40 years. I mostly purchase pan cake breakfast. People our people customers and workèr. I only had one bad experience today Sunday Nov. 3,2024 10:00. When I got there customers was already irrate I guess from having so much fun night before. I ordered pancake breakfast chocolate cookies one order reciept. Problem came when I place second order 2 apple pies. I should of checked before I left. The workers was polite working fast to keep up. Remember I said I been going to this McDonald over 40 years. I tried calling no pick up. Tomorrow Nov. 4, 2024 I Wii go to try to get my 2 apple pies. It can be my desert for Nov 4,2024. I love customer Service! I worked in Customer Services for 34 years. The company I worked for trained us. (2) you have to love serving people if you don't you will never meet your needs not customer need with PEACE! Last at at least majority of people like to complain. It ok! Read moreThis store seems to run very fast and chaotic. I placed a mobile order and waited for over 20 minutes. I asked the cashier what happened to my order and she told me to talk to the manager. Cashier informed the cashier that I needed help and the manager ignored me. I then asked aloud if the manager was too busy to help me and then the manager spoke up and repramanded for asking that question and lecture me about lowering my voice and said that they are working as fast as possible and that I should be more considerate because (according to her) I can planely see that they are super busy. I said that I was waiting over 20 minutes and my order wasn't ready yet...I know why the cashier pointed me to the manager. It would have been nice if the manager saved her berates for another day and just ask me what is going on...bit instead she berates me. I can sense that they are stressed out and having a stressed out manager is not good for employee morale. Store owner... help them out. I never got my order. Vagabonds are all around the store asking for money. They wait at the drive through and at the store entrance. Very uncomfortable...
Read moreThose new girls have no idea how to do their jobs. Honestly, if you're going to get a summer job then do it right. My coffee is rarely made as I specify in the online order, but it was somewhat close until they made my coffee this afternoon. Not only did they not get the creams right or add any sugar, but it was in a medium cup instead of a large. Then, the coffee was begrudgingly poured into a large cup but the lady working at the counter did nothing to fix the add ins and even tried to defend it and say that there was nothing wrong with it. It's been the same order I always get and while every day the coffee differs it was the furthest I've ever gotten from my specified order. I dont know what delusional state of mind made her believe that she actually did her job right, but she must have hallucinated adding what I requested into my coffee. Or maybe she just can't read. Those girls need to be fired or at least learn how to follow simple directions printed on an order sticker. But, then again, the bar is low...
