Naty's Pizza 26st — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Okay, let me offer you guys a disclaimer before I dive into this review. I only order a few things from Naty's Pizza and it isn't the pizza.

I would like to try the pizza but I don't eat pork and it's pretty much on every slice they have including the slices that are just cheese. I know what you're think... Come on Mikey, a plain slice old fashion thin sliced of cheese is just that, a cheese pizza 🤷🏾‍♂️ Wrong.

They make it with one 1/2 sausage and the other 1/2 cheese and that ladies and gentlemen is what you can nonsensical. The grease from the sausage literally spreads throughout the pizza so if you're Muslim and you bought a slice of cheese from Naty's the are intentionally selling you swine and not telling you, but I digress. I'll just minus one star for being that naive to think that's okay to do.

The customer service is really good, and the food options are consistently made with in a 10 to 12 minute window so that's a major plus. The store is extremely well kept and I'm talking the dining area and from what I can see the kitchen is as well. I want to take a 1/2 away for them putting ketchup on a hotdog in the city of Chicago but I'm showing love right now lol. The wings up really good and so are there Philly sandwiches the only issue that I have with some of the sandwiches is the meat portions are smaller than other places are at or below Naty's prices.

Don't ever buy a Gyro from there because the small strips of meat will drive you mad and yes it's still skimpy even with a request for extra meat or double. The gyro double cheeseburger is really really good, I think they have a fajita sandwich that is also delicious. I believe I have to explore the menu a lot more before I can give a true assessment and rate them properly so I'll just leave it at four stars because the potential is...

BUYER BEWARE It is mostly always our own people that let us down. I come from about an hour away to support local Mexican own business on the 26th street corridor. Natys pizza is good but not good enough for the trouble to get a simple “family size” pepperoni pizza. The first time they messed my order was when I called in to place an order they told me my total was close to $30 for a “party size” pepperoni pizza. When I arrived I am assuming that it was a different person in the counter she said my total was $19 I asked her if it was for the party size and she said no my order was a “Large” pizza. I said okay mistakes are of humans and I took the L and it was good pizza. Today I decided to give them a second chance and the result was worse. I called in to place an order for a family size. When I arrived they said they didn’t have my order, the two female workers acted clueless. They suggested I called the wrong number and I showed them otherwise they said they didn’t have anything. Didn’t show any concern instead laughed with the cooks. Pizza nova has fallen in quality but they make it up by their customer service. At no point did any of the two female workers try to make it right by offering to have it made. Even said that they don’t know who took the order. Like what??? I would have still paid for it. Even suggested that I had order it too long ago. It had just been an hour. The workers leave a bad after taste. After telling the workers that if they didn’t have it then it was fine all I got was an “ok”. Not sure if they get paid enough but every customer deserves to be treated with respect. Will never buy...

$37+ wasted.

This was a bad experience. I ordered 5 wings (extra sauce), and a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza (with fries and liter cola). I paid for extra sauce on the wings but they seemed regularly sauced to me. The customer service lady looked almost offended that I asked where the extra sauce was. The wings were good, they were soggy just tasted bad. The pizza looked like it was going to be delicious but the crust was just a generic crust (reminded me of a frozen pizza like tombstone), the sauce was bland, and the cheese really didn’t have a taste.

Also the two ladies helping customer both made me feel so unwelcomed when I walked through the door. They tried to swindle me out of part of my order. Had to debate and prove that I had additional items on my order (which were paid for, thank you uber eats for keeping a record).

My point is, the food is not that good (in my opinion) and the customer service ensured that I’ll never come back again. Save your...
