They are so helpful. I’ve been searching for a dress for my daughter’s sweet 16, and since I’m so picky, I was having a hard time. I went to kocos and found a dress. They did not have it in the store for me to see or try on. I took the risk and placed the order. They assured me that they would call me with the details of the exact color of the pattern details since we couldn’t really tell in the photo. My measurements were taken on Sunday. This place saved me! I bought a horrible veil down the street (it was my own fault for not looking at the veil all around) but I walked into this place desperately looking for a veil that went well with my dress. They helped me look for a veil that I fell in love with! That’s not even the best part.. The boutique down the street where I bought my wedding dress didn’t include a crinoline in my dress order (they didn’t tell me it was sold separately! $200!!) and Koco Boutique also helped me look for one that went well with my wedding dress, at a much more affordable price. My daughter and I came looking for a prom dress, Staff was AMAZING! The owner just had to look at her to know her size! got all her dresses! helped her in and out of all the gowns! They let us take photos helped us with answers to our questions and were just so good with everything. I cannot say enough great things about this place. We went to 4 different places but, ended up back at Koco's and bought the most beautiful gown, corsage and boutonniere, and stole for graduation. they did the alterations and the dress was ready in a few weeks.
