Papi's Tacos — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Papi’s/Bacci’s were both a lifesaver when we first moved into our house just down the street. We would work on the house during the day and then just walk over to Papi’s in the evening for some quick, affordable home cooked food. This is not a fancy spot, but, if you’ve ever been to Mexico or Central America, you’ll realize it’s another humble local family style cafeteria, and refraining from fancy remodeling helps keep food costs affordable for the neighborhood. WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered for a team of people and all of our orders were WRONG!!!! When I called to voice my concern the lady that took my order had a nasty attitude and simply "Ok, well I didn't hear it on my end so what do you want me to do about it" and I requested for the correct food to be delivered but she insisted in just giving a refund if the food is delivered. So I let the driver come for the food and I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. PLUS I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THE DRIVER DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO AND DID NOT EVEN GET...

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. They share a space with Damenzo's Pizza, and it has a nice space to sit down and eat. I got the steak taco dinner that came with rice and beans. Not too pricey, steak was cooked perfectly, and the rice and beans were decent. Definitely...
