Papi’s/Bacci’s were both a lifesaver when we first moved into our house just down the street. We would work on the house during the day and then just walk over to Papi’s in the evening for some quick, affordable home cooked food. When I called to voice my concern the lady that took my order had a nasty attitude and simply "Ok, well I didn't hear it on my end so what do you want me to do about it" and I requested for the correct food to be delivered but she insisted in just giving a refund if the food is delivered.
