The Guest House is beyond a normal place for families and patients to stay while receiving, recovering, or dealing with medical care. The Guest House is an organization that is as honest and dedicated to helping your stay during trying times as their mission states. Their staff is a collection of very special people that are of a rare breed. They will do whatever they can within their pool of available resources to help you and your supports stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Sadly if items are missing it's usually at the hands of a small few who are just not good people. The Guest House isn't just a nice facility to stay, it's also a collective of people from all over the world that are also going through typically difficult times. With the diversity of people and variety of medical issues that are being dealt with you will almost certainly feel an overwhelming comfort and support in the air. This facility has many events that allow the guests to mingle and communicate within their comfort zones. The events allow guests to meet others that are experiencing things that only others going through similar events can truly understand or relate to. It's an amazing experience to be able to have a conversation with others who are able to relate so easily. With that it is also a place where guests can feel at ease about their personal situations because so many are going through their own issues. Which in turn allows guests the peace and freedom to be themselves. It allows guests to have some time where their particular health conditions can be set to the side for if even a while. The conversations and getting to know new people without health being an emotional burden is sometimes an absolutely wonderful experience. Affordable, friendly care, clean rooms, and a comfortable bed. What more could a person ask for during a time in life that those things are often neglected and sometimes even unavailable. It was very good indeed, the best thing about IMD Guest house was security and safety. The neighborhood is safe, security guards are all over the area around day and night. In addition, everything a patient needs is nearby, laundry service, supermarket, apparel shops, restaurants...etc. just a glitch with this place, cleaning service is less than good. Other than that, no...

The bathtub is horrible. Even my husband almost fell getting out of there. Even with handles to hold on to, it's possible to fall. I almost did. I am 63 and I have metastatic breast cancer. I am here for radiation.

The living room couch is nice, but the two chairs are very uncomfortable. My husband layed on the couch while we watched TV but no comfy...
