I honestly was skeptical of this place until my husband twisted my arm and told me they had pozole. 😅 We walked in on a Sunday around 2pm and were seated right away. Paty herself took the time to explain to us some of the menu items and that everything is home made, even the tortillas. I had the small pozole and it didn’t disappoint; it tasted just like the one my mom used to make. My husband ordered an asada guarache, a chicharrón quesadilla and for our little ones a carnitas guarache and chorizo con papas quesadilla. All the food was really good, so good that my daughter asked for a second chorizo con papas quesadilla. My husband asked for a cup of coffee before the food arrived and it tasted just like Cafe de Olla. We’ll definitely be back to have some Chilaquiles and more Café de Olla with some Pan de Nata or Pan de Elote they also make in house. Paty was very nice and we received great customer service.
