Los Mangos Neveria Y Fruteria — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Horrible service. Ordered 2 tortas de Pavo with everything. Not only did it take the girl 10 minutes to come back from the back with the bread she wasn’t even wearing gloves. She acted me 7 times what I wanted the tortas of after already telling her de Pavo with everything. She finally starts making them and turns around and asked AGAIN with everything? And I said yes. And she mockingly ask “you know what everything is right?” Just to laugh and me and my sister with her coworker. After that I ask for 2 agua frescas and she completely gets that order wrong and rolls her eyes when I tell her that was not the flavor of waters I wanted. Then with more attitude asks is it for here or to go and I say for here and she gets annoyed and pushes the food towards me. She has poor customer service and thinks just by talking about a customer with her coworkers makes her in the right but she clearly is not. Worst place I’ve ever been to. Ordered the following through Uber Eats

32 oz Corn in a cup: By far the star of the show. For the cup being so big they provided a good amount of Mayo, Cheese, Butter and Chile. Every bite had the perfect amount of everything.

Banana Split Sundae: Super good, packed up very nicely that nothing was spilled over and the flavors were amazing. We had Ferrero Rocher, Vanilla, and Stawberry Cheesecake.

Nachos: Nachos to go is not always the best thing to let sit since it might get soggy but they were just Nachos and still good.

Agua de Fresa: This tasted really good and they had a variety of fruits in the bottom of the cup which was sort of like tapioca but better.

Fresh con Crema: Unfortunately I didn't get to try it since it did spill in the way to us but I'll come back with an update when...

there were at least 5 ladies behind the counter and it wasn’t even that busy but i got ignored for 5 minutes. one of the ladies even went to go serve another couple that got there after me. i didn’t want to assume anything but i am a black woman and this isn’t the first time i’ve been ignored while trying to order food in little village. it was just weird because she barely even looked at me but greeted the couple right away.
