Red Snapper Division — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

1-6-18Just ordered a Gyro combo with an order order of Gizzards. ( I was already taken back by the amount of raw onions on the sandwich that wasn't complimented with a good meat portion or lettuce) instead of complaining to my husband, I decided to bare down and pull the "extra stuff" off. Ended up not pulling anything at all as the 1st onion visible had the nastiest hair on it possible. I even thought, oh maybe something fell on it, or maybe it was an accident but NO. It was the nastiest lil'hair you could think of, big enough to see but I HATE to wonder where it was from. Fast forward, I politely called the restaurant back to quickly inform. I stated that "I even considered taking it off but I simply just wanted a refund." I was presented with the nastiest and most stale "receptionist/food help/phone girl" Who was clearly hired as a favor to someone, named JAI. She replied "uhm hmm yea a'ight" and hung up the phone. Took EVERYTHING in me NOT to present myself at this "place of business" for a face to face encounter. But believe me my husband will obtain the refund and afterwards when it comes to "patronizing places in the neighborhood? " I will simply drive the extra minutes to continue to spend my hard earned money ELSEWHERE. Trust me, those lil' meals "ain't" worth...

We placed an order for delivery the delivery man called us asked us how to get to our apartment building which is fine. Then we got another call 10min later saying he was down the street and if we didn't come to meet him he was taking our food back. We called the place back and talked to the cashier letting her know about the driver instead of fixing the situation and apologizing she argued about what address was given and who placed the order between me and my boyfriend. Our information was Already locked into the system we've ordered there before. The problem never got fixed we never received a call back or our food. We tried to call back and no one answers the phone, I've never had something like this happen when ordering food but obviously the service was bad solely because no one...

The service was horrible. They young people in there that should not have been. The one one who took my order act like he couldn't hear or understand, he was rude. The food wasn't good. He didn't put my extra large order of mild sauce in the bag. I told him about it and he went to the side and fixed a special sloppy cup of sauce with running down the sides. I looked at it didn't want. I had to throw in there garbage. They were issues with the card machine. He didn't say anything, he just threw my debit card in the window and left. So, I saw my card and got it. He was courtesy, he was mean. He shouldn't be in customer service. They didn't put the lemon pepper on my food like I asked. Horrible experience that time.
