Subway — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I made an online pick up order through the subway app. For some reason my customization on my subs did not reflect on the order so while they made the order correctly, the order was completely wrong. I got home and saw this brought the sandwich back and explained what had happened and asked if they could read it for me as it was paid for and I couldn't eat it the way it was made. I was offered sauce on the side. They were rude and did not show any type of empathy or sympathy for the situation.

I had to leave without my food and without my money.

ZERO STARTS !!!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible!!!!
